Have you heard the news?

 This is a great Hero Arts set, I had to have it. I made the main panel weeks ago and never finished the card, but finally this is it. I coloured the balloons with Promarkers and added "shine" with a white gel pen.
The paper is the last of my cloud paper I think, and is DCWV, I need a whole pad of clouds!
The sentiment is from the same stamp set. I added a button because there is a Hero Arts challenge which requires a button.
I used more stamps from the set inside the card.
