Kenny is 1, Happy Birthday darling

This is the card I made for my Mother in Law to give to Kenny. I used a Spyder Lyn image called Party Bear, so cute, coloured with Promarkers and Metallic Promarkers. I finished it with punched out balloons and drawn strings.

I have entered the following challenges:
Crafty Ribbons Challenge - no designer paper
I love Promarkers - Simply does it - not too many embellishments.

This is our card to Kenny, this time using a Bugaboo image called Edward Elephant Present and Happy Birthday sentiment, both coloured with Promarkers. I die cut the letters and number tag, then added Perfect Pearls which unfortunately got smudged, but I did my best with a bad migraine that has lasted 3 days, and is the reason I haven't been hopping round the WOYWW people, Iwill be late!

I have entered the following:
One stop crafting challenge - anything goes.

Kenny wants his cake!

Kenny got some cake! Happy Birthday darling boy, and tomorrow you will get some lovely presents when you come to our house for party number 2!
I will be attempting cupcakes!

Happy Birthday Son

All I can say about these stamps is WOW, Papermania have grown up! I have three sets of their Urban red rubber cling stamps, and two of them only cost me just over £5 each at Trago Mills recently.  They are ready mounted on cling foam and the design is on the back of the mount so you can see it through the acrylic block.  I picked places that Richard has visited, not sure about the pyramids though, but he went somewhere hot!

The inside is about where he is going on his birthday, which is the Harry Potter film set.

I made him a cake, a marble cake. I added chocolate chips into the plain part, which might be why it ended up very fragile and a funny shape.

Top view.
Side view.

Top removed ready for frosting, not impressed yet.

Cut in half for frosing the middle, now that looks like it should.

Finished with chocolate butter icing and chocolate greeting, and mini chocolate beans.

Wedding cake and butterfly tree

Here are the happy couple after the ceremonies have been completed.

The wedding went well, unfortunately it poured with rain but not until after the photos outside, so the rest of the celebrations had to be indoors. Nothing spoiled the day for the newly weds.

Here are some pics, the cup cakes with green butterflies on top, the butterfly wishes tree, and the tree showing the mill wheels that were working behind.
