Happy New Year and a Quirky Challenge

The first Quirky Challenge of 2013 has been set by Spyder Lyn in honour of her newly born grandaughter, so it is Something New and must have pink somewhere.
Our first sponsor Bugaboo provided the image above, Happy New Year to Ewe with sentiment and I love sheep so had to use it! Papers are from a Daisy and Dandelion Christmas stack, image coloured with Promarkers, numbers die cut with Sizzix Shadow Box, pink ribbon is Dovecraft.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
MTTC all about the new (Saturdays)
Cute Card Thursday - Something New
Simon Says Stamp - New Something Wednesdays
Catch the Bug - Anything Goes January Challenge

We are also sponsored by Doodle Dragon Studios who are giving two prizes, I used Stork coloured with Promarkers and Trias, it comes in both B&W and coloured so if you don't have a lot of time you can print it off coloured ready to go. The baby dragon is so cute!

I found lots of baby bits in my stash including the letter cubes and decided to put them on wire, with the ends curled round so I could attach them with the brads. The pink heart ribbon inside my easel card is from Crafty Ribbons.
I have entered this card in the following challenges:
Crafty Ribbons Challenge - New Beginnings ends 16th Jan

Also the Quirky Crafts Challenge blog has had a makeover, do you like it?
