Sweet little robin.

I made this card for my Daughter-in-Law's birthday on Friday. The image is from a set by Digi  Stamp Boutique (called Pretty Garden Flowers available at £1.75 sale price at the time of blogging), and you can place any of the cute animals on either of the two backgrounds and you get a number of cute sentiments too. I coloured the image with Promarkers and die cut it, and the layers of purple and lime green, with Spellbinders labels one and scalloped labels one.

I mounted it on a 6" x 6" scalloped card blank from Craftwork Cards, then die cut a ribbon slider with a Spellbinders die and stamped the Hero Arts greeting in purple, before threading it onto purple polka dot chiffon ribbon. I kept it clean and simple because that is what she likes, and just stamped a greeting inside.

This little robin has flown into the following challenges:
Passion for Promarkers - things with wings (Tues)
Papertake Weekly - anything goes optional Christmas (Tues 8th July)
Addicted to stamps - #102 Make your mark (Wed)
Pile it on - #27 add flowers (winners on Wed 16th)

~~~~end~~~
